About Me
Hello! I'm Bog (also known as Stonley and Bog The MudWing). I'm a Christian developer, creator, and student. I am fairly proficient in Java and also have light experience with JavaScript, Python, and C#. I'm also an administrator on a small Minecraft community, enjoy composing and creating music, and manage videos on several channels.
I love to create, teach, and learn. All of these projects were developed in my free time out of my own interest. All of my software projects are open source on GitHub and I welcome you to view them, take from them, and improve them! My music is free to download from SoundCloud and can be used for free without attribution.
Video
Stonley890
Stonley890 is my primary channel. It does not have a regular upload schedule or theme. It's mostly for unfocused videos that don't fit elsewhere.
BogTheMudWing
Bog The MudWing is a channel focused on the Wings of Fire book series by Tui T.
Sutherland. It hovers more around a combination of Wings of Fire and Minecraft, but is ultimately most focused on the book series. A large part of the channel is the connection to Wings of Fire: The New World.
StonleyFX
Exploring the art, science, and effects of interactive entertainment; computers and video games!
Waffle Irons Gaming
Waffle Irons is a group channel where me and my friends often play multiplayer games. For the most part, I produce for the channel, though there are some videos which I had no hand in making.
Wings of Fire: The New World
The official YouTube channel for the Wings of Fire: The New World Minecraft server. I am an administrator on this server and much of the content (mostly event trailers) is produced my me. More about Wings of Fire: The New World is located below.
Music
In addition to video, I love to play and create music! I'm a beginner with piano, can play a variety of percussion instruments, and have choral training. I can read music and I can write it too! Over the past few years, I've used GarageBand to compose and produce a number of songs that I have published through DistroKid. Below are some of my favorites.
Software
Minecraft is one of my all-time favorite games. Throughout my time playing the game, I've also gained experience with its built-in modding tools, resource packs and data packs. Minecraft is also what let me to begin learning Java in order to create plugins for Spigot, a modified Minecraft server that provides API access to the Minecraft server. Below are some notable projects.
I am an administrator on a small Minecraft server called Wings of Fire: The New World, which is based on Tui T. Sutherland's Wings of Fire series. My largest Java project is Dreamvisitor, an all-in-one utility plugin for the server. However, I also have publicly available projects, most of which are features extracted from Dreamvisitor.
- Compass Tracker: A manhunt data pack that allows any number of hunters to track any number of runners in all three dimensions.
- No Creeper Craters: A very lightweight plugin that prevents Creepers from breaking blocks.
- ItemVoid: A Bukkit plugin that removes blacklisted items from players.
Other Projects
